English Named Fourth Dean

Dr. Earl English succeeded Dr. Frank L. Mott as dean of the Missouri School of Journalism. English came to the School from the University of Iowa in 1945 as an associate professor of journalism. He was made associate dean in 1949.

Earl English presided as dean from 1951-1970.
